The “U” Gourmet Master is designed with much focus put on the work flow: it started with a sink on the center, then on the side, electric Fry Top and Twin Wok Induction next to each other. On the corner of each side, one column holds a 623 Combi Steamer and one column holds Salamander. On the serving side, a Bain Marie and Heated Cabinet is positioned along with H2 open cabinet.
