Nayati is very honored to take part in the most prestigious sporting competition in Asia, Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta. We are qualified as the only service provider to fit and set up commercial kitchen equipment from storage, preparation, cooking, to serving under one solution, a Total Food Service Solution.
Delivering this solution was never a simple task, series of technical discussion preceded months in advance, and the biggest challenge was to fit and commission the equipment within a specified time frame in conjunction with top security clearance imposed from this international contest.
The equipment is to cater full food preparation as well as serving, from the central kitchen area to the dining hall, from the exhaust hood to the food display. The installation exercises excellent and meticulous care from our team to ensure the absence of sacrifice in quality.
Thanks to the modularity of Nayati’s design, the equipment was easily transported and linked together on site, the link-system gives the benefit of unified looks and superb cleanability as a whole. At the end of the event, this will simplify the job on dismantling and re-transporting the unit for future use.
The athletes will extensively use these setups for the whole period of the Asian Games until 2nd of September and We are looking forward to doing the configurations on the next event, Asian Para Games 2018 in October.
